| Abstract: | As per the provisions under Section-21 of the RCFCE Act, 2009 a school Management Committee shall be constituted in every school other than an un aided school. Rule - 3 of the Orissa Right of children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2010 indicates the composition and function of the School Management Committee. |
