| Abstract: | In pursuance of Clause(b) of Sub-Section-(2) of Section 13 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RCFCE) Act, 2009, the State Government do hereby prohibits screening procedure i.e. any test or interview/interaction of the child or interview/interaction of the parents for admitting a child to any school including private schools. Only random procedure shall be used for admitting a child to school. This prohibition would apply to all schools as per clause (n) of Section 2 of the aforesaid Act. |
