| Abstract: | Taking into account the weakness oi the monitoring strategy or the management information system (MIS) in TLCs, Bharat Cyan Vigyan Samithi (BC.V5) organised a national level workshop at Delhi in September 1991. Representatives from various TLC districts all over the country, officials of National Literacy Mission Authority (N LM A ) and Directorate of Audit Education (DA F.) participated in this workshop. A t this workshop, an attempt was made to share the experiences o f MIS in various districts and to standardise parameters to be monitored at various levels. |
