dc.description.abstractThe Report of the Committee, headed by Prof (Dr.) N.R.Madhava Menon, on the National University for Police Sciences and Security Studies (NUPSAS). The Report consists of a Draft Bill, Explanatory Notes by the Chairman, a Project Report and a Draft Budget. The Kerala State Higher Education Council (KSHEC) set up the Committee, as desired by the Government, on 18th March, 2014. The Committee met six times and also held consultations with the concerned Ministers and Experts at the local and national levels. The Report reflects the consensus in the Committee on all aspects of the proposal.en_US
