Abstract

An Act to establish and incorporate a University in the State of Punjab to be known as the Rayat-Bahra University, Mohali for the purposes of making provisions for Instruction, Teaching, Education, Research, Training and related activities at all levels in the disciplines of higher education including Professional, Medical, Technical, General Education, Language and Literature, and to provide for the matters connected there with or incidental thereto;
