Abstract

District is the most important unit of the State administration, the document have tried to show the developments which were proposed to be made in each district. Those schemes which could not be breaked up, those districts have been shown in a separate list. The pages contain a brief description of the development plan of each disrict separately. The number of schemes are so large that it is impossible in narrative to mention all schemes and to indicate the expenditure to be incurred on them and the physical targets to be achieved.
