All India Council for Technical Education Annual Report & Audited Accounts 2005-06

Abstract

The All India Council for Technical Education is pleased to present its major activities and accounts for year 2005-2006 through its Annual Report. During the year under report the Executive Committee held three meetings, the Alt India Boards of studies held sixteen meetings and the Regional Committees held three meetings. Towards improving quality and standards of Technical Education, the Council geared up its faculty development programmes through Early Faculty Induction Programme, Industry Institute Interaction, Quality Improvement Programme etc. The Council implemented Research and Institutional Development schemes such as MODROBS, Research Promotion Scheme etc.
