Abstract

This Annual Report reiterates the position of Jamia as a premier institution in the field of higher education in India today. It contains a comprehensive record of an entire year's academic, administrative, financial, infrastructural, and student activities in the university. It is a reflection of the endeavours and achievements that the university's departments and centres of study and research, its schools and its administrative offices have made in the course of the year. My thanks and deep appreciation go out to all faculty members and staff for providing the details that form the content of this voluminous Report. It is they who have provided the inputs of the activities undertaken during the year April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011.
